Seven days. Three cities. Two UNESCO sites. One coffee farm in the Magdalena highlands. Bogotá, San Agustín, and Popayán, each one a completely different Colombia from the last, connected by a single itinerary and three properties chosen as carefully as the journey itself, a restored colonial mansion, a highland lodge, and a converted 17th century monastery.

Upon arrival at Bogotá El Dorado International Airport, you will be met by your local representative and privately transferred to your hotel.
During the transfer, your English-speaking guide will provide practical recommendations and an introduction to Bogotá.
Later in the day, experience Chapinero, Bogotá's most important culinary neighborhood.
Enjoy a progressive gastronomic experience through three restaurants led by chefs recognized among the World's 50 Best.

Later, continue into La Candelaria, Bogotá’s historic district known for its preserved colonial architecture and cultural institutions.
Discover landmarks such as Plaza de Bolívar and the Gold Museum, home to one of Latin America’s most important collections of pre-Hispanic goldwork.
San Agustín
The morning begins with a private transfer from your hotel to El Dorado International Airport for your flight to Pitalito.

The afternoon continues at Finca La Cabaña with Luis Alejandro, a third-generation coffee farmer.

San Agustín Archaeological Park
The morning opens at the archaeological museum before continuing into San Agustín Archaeological Park.
Explore Mesitas A, B, and C, Alto del Lavapatas, and the Bosque de las Estatuas.
Later, continue toward the Magdalena River and El Estrecho del Magdalena, where the river cuts dramatically through the Andean landscape.
The day concludes at a traditional panela trapiche connected to Colombia’s sugar cane heritage.
Popayán
After breakfast, depart San Agustín and continue by road through the Andean landscapes of southern Colombia toward Popayán.
Known as The White City, Popayán preserves colonial architecture, churches, plazas, and long-standing gastronomic traditions.
Upon arrival, enjoy a hands-on culinary experience centered around corn and traditional regional preparations.
The remainder of the afternoon is dedicated to exploring Popayán’s historic center, colonial streets, and local cafés.
Silvia
