Booking Terms & Conditions – View Signature Travels

1. Contract Between the Client and View Signature Travels

To secure a booking with View Signature Travels, the Client must pay a deposit of 45% of the total trip price (minimum US$200). All flights (domestic and international) must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm availability.

For trek packages, a 50% deposit is required. Cruise bookings are subject to specific deposit policies depending on the operator.

The deposit is non-refundable. Clients booking by telephone, fax, or email are deemed to have read and accepted these booking conditions.

A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received by View Signature Travels. At this point, a binding contract comes into effect between the Client and View Signature Travels.

The contract is made between View Signature Travels and the Client and includes all persons named in the booking form. The person completing the booking confirms that they have full authority on behalf of all participants and that all participants are fully aware of and accept these conditions.

2. Payment

The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before departure (different policies may apply for cruise bookings). Failure to pay the balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation by the Client.

For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or direct deposit. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the Client.

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices do not include Peruvian sales tax (IGV). Exemptions apply only where legal requirements are met. Travelers must present valid documentation (passport or national ID) to qualify. Visitors staying more than 60 days in Peru are not exempt.

2.1 Final Payment

Final payment must be received 45 days before departure. If a local payment applies, it must be paid in full in USD cash upon arrival on Day 1.

Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation and applicable fees (see Section 5).

2.2 Local (Land) Payment

Some tours require a local payment as part of the total price. This is payable in USD cash to our representative on Day 1 of your tour.

Full details are provided in your quotation, website, and invoices. This payment forms part of the total tour cost and is non-refundable.

Any changes must be requested in writing by the person who made the booking.

A US$50 administration fee applies per change, plus any supplier charges incurred.

Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Prices may vary when rescheduling between calendar years due to supplier adjustments.

Postponements are subject to availability and supplier conditions.
