At View Peru & Signatures, we are proud to provide support to the children of our porters every year by donating school supplies and uniforms for their education. We also strive to fulfill any additional requests we receive from their schools. If you wish to contribute, we warmly welcome any additional donations. Every year, we are fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in the Machu Picchu city hall’s call for support in the reforestation of one million native trees within the Machu Picchu Natural Protected Area. This initiative is critical in the ongoing effort to preserve and protect the natural beauty and resources of this region for generations to come. As an organization committed to sustainable travel and responsible tourism, we recognize the importance of protecting and preserving the environment. As an authorized Inca Trail tour operator, we are committed to participating in the annual Inca Trail cleaning with a sense of responsibility and care. We acknowledge that this protected area holds immense importance for future generations and we take pride in doing our part to maintain its pristine beauty.
Supporting Willoq Andean Town
and its residents
View Peru and Willoq native town have had a successful partnership since the beginning of our trekking operations. The community saw in us an opportunity to receive fair treatment and wages, and our commitment has always been to benefit the locals. We also provide support to the residents who need our assistance in every case.
We are pleased to offer additional support to the Willoq community, including assistance with groceries, seeds, and support for their schools. Furthermore, we have ongoing projects that are set to be implemented in the near future to further assist the community.

Every December, we have the honor of bringing happiness and joy to the children of Willoq and the local residents. We do so by providing gifts and supplies to make their Christmas celebrations memorable. We recognize the importance of spreading cheer during this festive season and are grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community.
Porter Welfare & Wellbeing
View Peru takes great care to ensure the welfare of our porters, who play an essential role in the success of our trekking operations. We provide them with the proper equipment and clothing for their comfort and safety while on the job, as well as fair wages and working conditions. Additionally, we offer training and educational opportunities for their personal and professional development. We also have a porters’ emergency fund to assist them in case of injury or illness, and we encourage our clients to tip them as a way to show their appreciation for their hard work. Overall, we are committed to treating our porters with the utmost respect and dignity they deserve.
