Operador de Aventura Superior E.I.R.L., a company dedicated to the planning, design, commercialization, organization, and operation of adventure, cultural, experiential, and specialized tourism services, primarily operating in the Cusco region, establishes this Integrated Quality and Environmental Management Policy aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 as the framework for its Integrated Management System (IMS).

In alignment with our mission to create dream travel experiences that are personalized and delivered with excellence, and with the vision of becoming the leading boutique DMC in luxury and tailor-made tourism in South America, Senior Management commits to:

Satisfy and exceed the needs and expectations of our clients by offering safe, reliable, personalized, and high-quality tourism services.

Ensure the efficient planning and operation of trekking services, certified professional guiding, authorized tourist transportation, comprehensive logistics, catering, accommodation, and traveler assistance.

Promote the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System through the evaluation of processes, performance indicators, internal audits, and the management of risks and opportunities.

Ensure the competence, training, and awareness of our staff by strengthening technical skills, service standards, and environmental responsibility.

Protect the environment and ecosystems in the destinations where we operate by preventing pollution and minimizing the environmental impacts associated with our tourism activities.

Responsibly manage significant environmental aspects, including proper waste management, efficient use of resources, sustainable logistics, and responsible operations in natural areas and local communities.

Comply with applicable environmental legislation, other requirements subscribed to by the organization, and the guidelines established by competent authorities and local entities.

Promote sustainable and responsible tourism, encouraging respect for biodiversity, local culture, and host communities.

Senior Management ensures that this policy:

Provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality and environmental objectives.

Is communicated, understood, and implemented by all members of the organization.

Is available to relevant interested parties.

Is reviewed annually to ensure its validity, adequacy, and alignment with the internal and external context of the company.
