Today set off from your hotel in the morning or afternoon, with our well-versed guide for an introduction to the cosmopolitan city of Lima, the capital of Peru. We start our tour by going through the modern districts of Miraflores and San Isidro which are very affluent and passing by the pre-Inca ruins of Huaca Pucllana, an adobe clay pyramid, which was occupied by the Lima culture from 200 to 700 CE. Next, our tour takes us through Colonial Lima visiting its historic center, Plaza Mayor, and observing the elegant architecture, cathedral, and the cryptic San Francisco Catacombs. After a fabulous time, we will leave you at your hotel to enjoy the rest of the day at leisure exploring Lima the city of Kings.

This morning after a delicious breakfast, our View Peru Representative will take you from your hotel to the Lima airport to connect to your flight to Cusco. Arrive in the charming Inca city of Cusco, where our representative will be waiting to escort you to your hotel in the heart of the city. Settle in your comfortable hotel and enjoy a lovely Peruvian lunch before starting your fabulous tour of Cusco.
In the afternoon, commence the historical, cultural tour of the Inca city of Cusco. Feel the ambiance in the air as you stroll on the cobblestone streets of this historical city of Peru. Marvel at the ancient city of Cusco with Incan and Colonial architecture as you walk to the Plaza de Armas (main square), for a tour of the Renaissance-style Cathedral built by the Spaniards on an Inca temple with the stones from Sacsayhuaman. Inside the lovely Cathedral, observe the colonial art, altars, and wood carvings. Continue to Qoricancha Sun Temple (The Golden Temple), built by the Incas dedicated to Inti (Sun god), which once had gold-plated walls but the Spanish conquistadors looted all of its gold and built their church and monuments on top of and around the structure creating the magnificent combination of Inca and Spanish architecture, seen today in Cusco. Next, we will take a short drive above Cusco for an eye-opening experience touring the monumental Sacsayhuaman with its immense boulders which reflect the ingenuity and power of the Incas. From here, visit the megalith temple of Qenko, which is believed to have been used for blood sacrifices offered to the gods, death rituals, and possibly to embalm Inca bodies in the underground tunnels. After an interesting experience we move on to Puka Puka the red fortress, and finally a visit to Tambomachay, the Inca baths. Thereafter, return to your hotel.
Today, we depart in the morning from Cusco to the Sacred Valley on a scenic drive observing the picturesque landscapes. Our first visit will be to the Pisac ruins (2972 mt.), which sits on top of a hill overlooking the town of Pisac. Take pleasure in a tour of the Inca ruins which have many terraces, stunning spectacular vistas of its surroundings, the Sun Temple, and water channels. Take a stroll around the Pisac market observing the many stalls selling handicrafts, jewelry, paintings, woolen goods made of llama and alpaca, among others. Continue to Urubamba driving along the Vilcanota River (2871 mt.), where you will delight in a delectable Peruvian buffet lunch made of fresh ingredients grown in the Sacred Valley. After lunch, we will enjoy a tour of the impressive Inca archeological site of Ollantaytambo. Next, the bus will leave us next to the Ollantaytambo train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon your arrival at Aguas Calientes, the hotel staff will be waiting to escort you to your comfortable hotel.
After a delicious breakfast, take a shuttle bus ride with your guide, for 30 minutes to the epic Machu Picchu (2430 mt.). Fix your eyes on the majestic site of Machu Picchu with its grandeur. Stroll with your well-versed guide through the Citadel as he gives magnificent theories behind the genius structure of Machu Picchu, built by the Incas. Walk by the many temples and corridors admiring the genius stonework, feeling the positive energy left behind by the Incas. Later, after an extraordinary experience, exit Machu Picchu with your guide and return to Aguas Calientes to have lunch on your own. Thereafter, take the train to the Ollantaytambo or Poroy train station where you will be met by our View Peru Representative who will take you to your hotel in Cusco.

We will depart Cusco very early in the morning, (please arrange for a box breakfast with your hotel), and drive for about 2. 5 hours to the village of Mollepata to have breakfast if you are feeling a little hungry. Afterward, we continue by transport to Soraypampa for another hour. Here, is the starting point of your exhilarating hike to the gorgeous Humantay Lake (3849 mt.). Hike the 2.6-mile loop trail observing the stunning natural environment, birds, and fascinating Peruvian Andes Mountains. As you approach Humantay Lake you will be bestowed with its beauty, as you gaze at the extremely bright blue and green flowing water, sparkling, with its dramatic backdrop of the looming glacier mountains of Salkantay and Humantay. Capture this vision and feel inspired by the sensational landscapes and the serene Humantay Lake. After, a blissful time, make your way back to your vehicle at Soraypampa. Then enjoy lunch, before returning to Cusco.
Enjoy a day at leisure exploring the beautiful Inca City of Cusco. Visit museums, go shopping or just relax in the Plaza de Armas or walk to the San Blas artist district or the San Pedro market where the locals shop.

After enjoying breakfast, your representative will be taking you to the bus station where you will board your comfortable tourist coach to Puno. Enjoy the scenic route crossing the Peruvian Altiplano and gazing at the llamas and alpacas grazing in their natural habitat.
Our first stop will be at Andahuaylillas San Pedro Church, the Sistine Chapel of South America. Then visit the Raqchi, Temple of Wiracocha with its tall wall construction. Thereafter, we will have lunch in a restaurant in Sicuani. After lunch, we continue to La Raya (4319masl), the highest point between Cusco and Puno, where you can take many pictures of the spectacular landscape. Arrive at the Puno bus station around 5:00 pm, where our View Peru Representative will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.
The day starts bright and early, after breakfast, with a transfer to the port in Puno to begin our incredible journey on Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. Enjoy the ride on the lake’s pristine waters until reaching the Uros floating islands, a masterpiece made by the inhabitants of Totora reeds. The Uros people are thought to be descendants of the first civilization that arrived at Lake Titicaca 3700 years ago. Also, studies have shown that the Uros people have distinct genetic differences in Peru and Bolivia. Delve into the world of the Uros learning of their way of life and taking a stroll around the island taking many pictures. Optional pay directly: take a short ride on their boats made of Totora reeds. Continue your journey to the island of Taquile taking in breathtaking views of the immense Lake Titicaca of Peru. Once we arrive climb up a hill to the town, where you will meet the Taquile people to get an introduction into their daily life. The men are renowned for their weaving textiles which are beautifully designed and the best in Peru. Enjoy a delightful lunch with incredible views of Lake Titicaca that surrounds Taquile. After lunch, take a hike around the island until reaching your lancha. Following an immersive cultural experience, we head back to Puno and onto your hotel.
This morning, we will depart your hotel in Puno, to the bus station to board your bus from Peru to Bolivia. Please have your documents ready to present at the border migration office. After, finalizing the migration procedure, we continue to Copacabana on Lake Titicaca, the world`s highest lake that borders Peru and Bolivia. Visit the famous Miracle Virgin María, kept at the 400-year-old church of Candelaria, in Copacabana, and make sure to ask her to grant you your wish as the locals do. From here, we board the motorboat and move forward to Isla del Sol (Sun Island), gazing at the wonderous vistas of Lake Titicaca. Hike up the ancient steps on the island to reach “La Fuente de la Juventud” (Fountain of Youth), where you will observe the immensity of Lake Titicaca as it stretches out in front of you with no end in sight. After a fantastic experience, it`s time to make your way to town and continue our drive to La Paz, Bolivia. Upon arrival at the La Paz bus station, our representative will be waiting to take you to your hotel in La Paz.
Walk to the famous mystical Witch´s Market, where you will find many spiritual workers, fortune tellers, and many vendors selling tobacco, coca leaves, llama fetuses, lacquered frogs, medicinal herbs, among other items. Basically, they sell white magic for protection or black magic for cursing others. Spooky! Continuing with the tour, you will visit the Plaza Murillo, where you will observe, The Cathedral, Government Palace, and National Congress buildings. Stroll on the famous colonial street of Jaen, where various museums are clustered, and later pay a visit at the replica of the semi-subterranean temple of the Tiwanaku Culture. As we start traveling into modern La Paz, the tour will take you to the residential areas of Obrajes, Calacoto, and La Florida. Thereafter, we will tour Moon Valley for an awe-inspiring time wandering through the towers and formations of the mountains, which according to ex-astronaut, Neil Armstrong, resemble the moon and reminded him of his walk on the moon. After an extraordinary walk on the moon, we will return to La Paz, thus enjoying time at leisure to further explore the city in the clouds of Bolivia. In the evening you will be taken to the bus terminal to catch the overnight comfortable bus to Uyuni.
Arrive in Uyuni very early in the morning, having ample time to have a delicious breakfast, before starting the tour of Uyuni at approximately 10:30 am. We will start our journey to the remarkable Uyuni flats, the world`s largest salt flats on the planet. Uyuni was a very large lake that spread across southwestern Bolivia approximately 40 thousand years ago but in time the lake evaporated and left behind the salt-encrusted landscapes of the Salar of Uyuni. The Uyuni flats contain 15% of the world`s lithium which serves as a lucrative extraction. Our first visit takes us to the very popular Train Graveyard, where you will see dozens of abandoned steam trains scattered throughout. The Train Cemetery was created due to the decline of the mining industry in the 1940s. Then we continue to the town of Colchani, sightseeing rustic factories and artisans making salt blocks, figurines of salt, crafts of salt, and sculptures. We will keep driving through the scenic salt desert until we reach the incredible Inkawasi island, located in the middle of the majestic Uyuni Salt flats, where you will see giant cacti that stand over 10 feet tall, caves, tunnels, and a panoramic view of the striking white salt flats spread out in the horizon, making for a perfect picture. Here we will have a delicious picnic lunch while relishing in the surrounding beauty. Later on, we will come upon the most beautiful sunset on the planet, over the sublime salt flats that will leave you mesmerized. Following a glorious experience, we will settle in our hotel in the town of Coqueza.
Early rise today, to continue our fabulous journey, observing the breathtaking intense colored sunrise over the striking white salt flats of Bolivia. We continue to a fascinating museum of stone animals and then head to the nearby colorful dormant Tunupa Volcano (5321 mt.), and catch remarkable views of the salt flats, from the viewpoint. As you walk up to the viewpoint, take a peek in the cave halfway up to see some mummies. After an unbelievable tour, we will enjoy lunch in Coquesa. Then return to your hotel for some free time to explore the environment. In the evening, you will be transferred to the bus station to board your overnight bus to La Paz, Bolivia.
We will arrive in La Paz, Bolivia early in the morning, where our View Peru Representative will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Today enjoy a leisurely day in La Paz wandering about the bustling city.
